Broccoli Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add walnuts and onions; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add broccoli; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add red pepper and soy sauce; cook 1 minute longer.
