Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger and drain. Add carrots, celery, tomato sauce, water, spices, macaroni, and soy sauce. Cook 3 hours. Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
