  • 4 yellow squash, sliced (unpeeled)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of bread, crumbled
  • 1 pkg. Butter Buds
  • 2 T. Splenda
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 T. dried onion flakes
  • 1/8 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash squash, then slice into chunks. Place is a medium saucepan, cover with water and cook until tender. Drain; mash squash. Add remaining ingredients to squash. Pour into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
