Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can chick peas, rinsed
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 t ground cumin
- 1 t dried marjoram
- 1/4 t ground allspice
- 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 and position rack in upper third of the oven.
Blot the chick peas dry and toss with the rest of the ingredients.
Spread in a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake, stirring once or twice, until browned and crunchy, 25-30 minutes.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes
