  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • two egg whites



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. In small bowl mix cheese and egg whites and add any herbs or spices you wish. Grease a 24 slot mini muffin tin and put a small amount in each space. Smooth out to make as flat as possible for maximum crispness. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
