Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Lard
  • 2 Cups A/P Flour
  • Pinch Salt
  • Ice Water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Lard and Flour in bowl and combine until the lard has broken down to the size of BBs. Add the water a little at a time and fold together until the dough forms. DO NOT over work the dough.

Form the dough into two balls and place in plastic wrap, press into a flat round cake and place in the refridgerator for at least one half hour.
