Ingredients
- 14 oz. all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Run machine about 30 sec. until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Pour mixture onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-10 min. or until smooth to develop the gluten. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and allow to rest for 30 min. before dividing.
