Curry Chicken

This simple, easy dish is so worth it! I cheat though - I use Trader Joe's curry sauce - yellow or Thai red. They are both delicious.

Ingredients
- Chicken
- 1 jar Thai Red or Yellow Curry Sauce from Trader Joes'
- 1 onion
- Butter
- Cayanne pepper (to taste)
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into strips and cut in half. Put in a bowl and marinate the chicken in half of the bottle of curry sauce and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
Saute chopped onions in butter. When soft, add chicken and the rest of the jar of Thai curry sauce.
Make rice depending on amount of people serving.
