Ingredients
- Chicken Fajita Scramble Mug
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 ounce skinless lean chicken chopped (cooked)
- 1 tsp dry fajita seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
- 2 tbsp. shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. fat free sour cream
- Denver Omelette in a Mug
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 oz (2 slices) fat free ham chopped
- 2 tbsp. shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Chicken Fajita: spray large mug; add veggies, chicken and fajita seasoning; stir well - microwave for 1-2 minutes until veggies are softened. Add egg and microwave for 1 minute; add cheese and stir - microwave for an additional 45-60 seconds
Denver Omelette
Spray large mug; add veggies and microwave for 1-2 minutes until softened; blot any excess liquid from veggies; add egg and microwave for 1 minute; add ham and cheese and stir; Microwave for added 45-60 seconds.
