Kale - best ever

Ingredients

  • 6-8 kale leaves stemed & sliced ala collards
  • 3 cloves garlic -thin sliced on baby mandolins
  • 1/2 Shallot sliced to rings
  • 2 chili de arbol-stemed,seeded & crushed
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • Optional
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Sweat (but do not brown) garlic-shallot-chili in 2tbs olive oil
Add kale & turning w/ tongs wilt
Add stock & turn up heat to evaporate
