Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 14-1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 15 1/4 oz. can corn, drained
- 15-oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 16-oz. pkg. pasteurized processed cheese spread, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion in a large stockpot; drain. Add tomatoes and water; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add macaroni and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, adding more water if necessary. Add corn, beans and cheese; heat until cheese is melted.
