Ingredients
- 8 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 envelope of ranch dressing
- 2 cup cheese grated
- 8 pieces cooked bacon crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
boil potatoes in water for about 8-10 minutes just til almost cooked
drain and set aside
spray 9X13 baking dish with no stick
combine the soup, milk, ranch dressing powder mix well
add 1 cup cheese and all the bacon
stir well
put in baking dish
bake at 350* for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked
remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese over top
bake in oven 10 minutes more to melt cheese
