Ingredients
- Fry up meat mixture:
- 1 lb. roll of sausage- Browned
- 1 TBS Garlic
- 1 bag of Cabbage with carrots
- 1 TBS Soy Sauce
- 3 Chopped Scallions
- A little Sesame Oil
- Egg Roll Wraps/Wing Hing Wraps:
- Egg white wash for egg rolls
- 3 Crisco (blue wrapped)- Melted for deep fat frying
- The Sweet and Sour Sauce:
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 4 tbs Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Distilled White Vinegar
- 1 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- Heat all together in sauce pan.
Preparation
Step 1
Fry and add in order. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
Spoon filling on wrap. Fold over 1/3 on meat mixture. Then fold in ends and continue rolling. Seal with egg white wash. Drop in hot crisco oil for 4 mins.
