White Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 8-10 c Popcorn (about 2 bags of microwave)
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 c M & M's
  • 1 c. pretzel sticks, broken
  • 2 T. sprinkles
  • mini marshmallows (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Pop the popcorn and discard any unpopped kernels. Toss together the popcorn, M & M's, pretzels and sprinkles in a large bowl. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time until just melted. Pour over the popcorn mixture and stir to coat. Spread the mixture out in a single layer onto cookie sheets and let set for 1-2 hours and store in an airtight container.
