Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 Tablespoon butter
• 1/2 cup onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 2 Tbs. flour
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
• 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1 cup sour cream
• 8 ounces uncooked noodles
• 1 beef bouillon cube

Preparation

Step 1

Start coooking the noodles, first dropping a bouillion cube in the moodle water.
Cook onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve with noodles or rice.
