SHRIMP SALAD II

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 4 c. chopped cooked shrimp
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 diced celery ribs
  • 2 t. grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 t. ground red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Mix all of the above together.

Preparation

Step 1

Serve chilled over lettuce.
