Ingredients
- Boil and cool:
- Line a beer box with tin foil, shiny side up
- 500 ml of water
- 250 ml of oil
- 6 T of cocoa
- 3 tsp of vanilla essence
- Beat until thick and creamy:
- 3 cups of castor sugar
- 6 eggs
- pinch of salt
- To convert to a vanilla cake:
- Use 4 cups of flour
- 2.5 cups of sugar
- 15 ml of vanilla essence
- No cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
Fold in 3 1/2 cups of flour
Add the cooled liquid.
Stir in 25 ml of baking powder.
Bake at 180 C for 30 - 35 minutes
