Ingredients
- 8 Slices Salmon
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- dried Parsley Flakes
- 8-10 Cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Place fish in a glass dish.
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over fish.
Marinate for 48 hours.
Pour off half the marinade and bake, uncovered @ 400 for 45 minutes.
