48 Hour Marinated Roast

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 4 lbs Brisket
  • 1 1/3 liters Coke or Pepsi
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Red wine
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Powdered Ginger
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 4 Bay Leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate for 1-2 days.
Add water if necessary to cover roast.
Remove all but 3/4 cup marinade and place sliced onions on top.
Roast for 1 1/2 hours @ 350.
