5 Minute Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil over med heat and cook for 2 minutes. Add blueberries and cook for 3 minutes. Pour into crust and chill.
