Corn Casserole

I got this recipe from Breezier Garrett. She and her husband, Brother Willy, were dear friends of ours in Nacogdoches.

Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 small onion, sauteed
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 half bell pepper or banana pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup Stovetop stuffing (with 1/2 herb package)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except grated cheese and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and cook at 350 degrees until bubbly.
