Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon bacon fat
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1 (31 oz) can pork and beans

Preparation
Step 1
Heat fat over low heat. Add onions and cook until almost transparent; stirring constantly. Place in mixing bowl. Add molasses and mustard. Blend thorougly; add beans. Stir till blended. Bake in 6 cup casserole, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
