Rima's pot roast or stew

Ingredients

  • Beef Bottom round or stew meat.
  • 2-3 cans Campbells Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion

Preparation

Step 1

I sear it, put it in the slow cooker, add 2 or 3 cans of Campbell's golden mushroom soup (depending on how much gravy I want) cut up a large onion in large pieces, add to pot, cover & cook for about 5-6 hours (when meat pierces easily, you have a nice dinner.
