Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites, then add sugar and beat until stiff. Add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.

Turn oven on to 250.

Drop dough by spoonfulls onto foil covered cookie sheets. Turn oven off and put cookies in oven and leave in oven over night. Don't open oven until morning!
