Ingredients
- 2 tsp pine nuts
- 2 pkg (10 oz each) Brussels Sprouts, trimmed, halved, about 3 3/4 cups
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In lg nonstick skillet, cook pine nuts, stirring frequently, over med. heat until golden, about 4 minutes; remove and set aside.
In same skillet, bring 1/3 c water to boil over med-high heat. Add Brussels Sprouts; cover and cook until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain off any excess water, if necessary. Add butter, honey, salt and pepper to skillet and cook, stirring, 2 minutes, until sprouts are coated and glazed. Add vinegar; toss until combined. Transfer to serving dish; sprinkle with pine nuts.
