Pecan Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup pecans
• 2/3 cup butter melted
• 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and 1 cup of pecans. Mix 2/3 cup of butter, melted and 2 eggs, beaten. Stir all ingredients together. Fill muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
