Ingredients
- 1 lb. italian sausage
- 1 1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
- 2 tsp. garlic puree
- 5 bubes chicken bouillon
- 1 lb. sliced Russet potatoes
- (or 3 lg. potatoes)
- 1 lg. diced white onion
- 4 tbsp. bacon pcs.
- 10 c. water
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 bunch kale
Preparation
Step 1
Saute sausage and crushed peppers in lg. pot. Drain fat, refrigerate. In same pan, saute bacon, onions, garlic over low-med heat @ 15 min. or till onions are soft. Add chicken bouillon & water to pot & heat till it starts to boil. Add potatoes & cook till soft (about 1/2 hr.) Add hvy cr. & cook till thoroughly heated. Stir in sausage & kale. Let heat through and serve.
