Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups sweet potatoes (baked and mashed)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter and combine with next 5 ingredients. Mix well and spoon into lightly greased 2 quart dish.
Melt butter and combine with all other ingredients. Mix well and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
