Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2/3 cup red or white wine vinegar
- 2 cups salad oil
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Blend first five ingredients together in food processor or blender. Add poppy seeds, mix lightly and chill in covered container, great on endive, bibb lettuce, avocado, fruit salad, or spinach and mushroom salad.
