Ingredients
- 1 9 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg 3 oz cherry jello
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup ground fresh cranberries
- 1 small unpeeled orange (ground)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple saving syrup and add enough water to make ½ cup. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in one cup hot water. Add syrup mixture and lemon juice. Chill until partially set, then add fruit, celery and nuts.
