Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole*

Skip the bun! This Easy Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe is a delicious, family-friendly meal that is also low carb. It includes all your favorite cheeseburger flavors: ground beef, bacon, cheese, and pickles — with no bread.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large frying pan, brown ground beef. When ground beef is nearly cooked, add the garlic and continue cooking until the ground beef is fully cooked. If necessary, drain the grease from the ground beef.
Add the chopped pickles, bacon, and mustard to the ground beef and combine together.
Spoon the ground beef mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the eggs and mayonnaise. Pour over the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
Notes
Feel free to add even more cheeseburger type ingredients, such as add chopped onions or diced tomatoes to the meat when cooking.
