Buttermilk Pecan Pie

2 9 inch pie shells

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 3 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 well beaten eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans

Preparation

Step 1

mix ingredients together and pour into two unbaked pie shells
bake at 375* for 20 minutes, then lower temperature to 300*
and bake for another 40 minutes
