Sweet Potato Casserole

Another must for Thanksgiving

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2 C. Mashed Sweet Potatoes
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 C. sugar
• 1/4 C. Half-half
• 1/4 C. Butter-soft
• 2 TSp. Vanilla
• 1 //8 Tsp salt
• 1/2 C. Brown Sugar + 2 TBS flour combined
• 1/4 C. cold Butter- cut in Butter til crumbly
• 1/2 C. chopped pecans-folded in

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and beat until fluffy the sweet potato mixture. Pour into a greased 11x7x2 in dish.
Spread topping mixture over sweet potato mixture and bake @ 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
