Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 C. Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. Half-half
- 1/4 C. Butter-soft
- 2 TSp. Vanilla
- 1 //8 Tsp salt
- 1/2 C. Brown Sugar + 2 TBS flour combined
- 1/4 C. cold Butter- cut in Butter til crumbly
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans-folded in

Preparation
Step 1
Combine and beat until fluffy the sweet potato mixture. Pour into a greased 11x7x2 in dish.
Spread topping mixture over sweet potato mixture and bake @ 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
