VINAIGRETTE - Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Meyer Lemon Juice + zest
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Champagne Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Shallot – minced
  • 1/2 Clove Garlic – minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Dash Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add mustard, lemon juice, and salt to a medium bowl and whisk together. Whisk in the champagne vinegar and slowly whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the garlic and shallots.
