Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Meyer Lemon Juice + zest
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Champagne Vinegar
- 1/2 Tablespoon Shallot – minced
- 1/2 Clove Garlic – minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- Dash Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add mustard, lemon juice, and salt to a medium bowl and whisk together. Whisk in the champagne vinegar and slowly whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the garlic and shallots.
