Chocolate/Butterscotch Coated Peanuts

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate or butterscotch bits
  • 2 1/2 cups roasted shelled virginia type peanuts, skins on

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate (or butterscotch) pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Add peanuts and stir to coat. Turn out on waxed paper, separate with a fork. Allow to cool.
