Ingredients
- 1 pkg Dreamfields Penne Pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb collard greens or Spinach
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp Splenda
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
2. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over med-high heat. Sauté onion 5 mins or till brown. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium low and add greens. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add cream, stirring well and cook 5 minutes, stirring often till thickened slightly. Remove from heat and add pasta and next 5 ingredients. Place into prepared dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 15-20 minutes.
