Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs chuck roast (cut into chunks)
  • 1 pkg au jus gravy mix
  • 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
  • 6-8 whole pepperocini
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast pieces in large crock pot. Sprinkle au jus and ranch mixes evenly over roast. Top with pepperocini and butter.

Cook on low 8 hours.
