Ingredients
- 2 1/2 slices white bread in 1/4 inch dice
- 2 lb ground Beef Top Round
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, in 1/4 inch dice
- 2 egg
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp brown sugar twin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease loaf pan. If bread is fresh, bake about 5 minutes till dry but not toasted. Cool.
2. Combine all ingredients with hands till well mixed. Bake 45-60 minutes to 170F and well browned. Using a jelly roll pan and free form loaf will yield a crustier loaf.
3. Serve warm with meatloaf sauce. See following recipe.
