FLORETS SALAD

  • 1 CAULIFLOWER HEAD
  • 1 BROCCOLI BUNCH
  • 1/4 CUP DICED ONIONS
  • 1/3 CUP RAISINS
  • 1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
  • 1 TEASPOON OF VINEGAR
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF SUGAR
  • BACON

Preparation

Step 1

SEPARATE AND WASH CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI. BREAK INTO SMALL FLORETS. ADD ONIONS AND RAISINS AND SET ASIDE. MIX MAYO, VINEGAR AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH AND POUR OVER VEGETABLES.
ADD BACON AND STIR. REFRIGERATE FOR FOUR HOURS.
