Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 small onion grated
- 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 t. Garlic powder
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 1/4 c. Dry white wine
- 2 t. Prepared mustard
- 2 t. Prepared horseradish
- 1 lb. Fresh (or canned) lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 t. Chopped fresh chives
- 2 t. Chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 9 ingredients in a saucepan; cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until cream cheese melts. Stir in crabmeat and remaining ingredients. Transfer to chafing dish, and keep warm.
