Crabmeat Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 small onion grated
  • 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 t. Garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine
  • 2 t. Prepared mustard
  • 2 t. Prepared horseradish
  • 1 lb. Fresh (or canned) lump crabmeat, drained
  • 2 t. Chopped fresh chives
  • 2 t. Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 9 ingredients in a saucepan; cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until cream cheese melts. Stir in crabmeat and remaining ingredients. Transfer to chafing dish, and keep warm.
