Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground round burger
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix meat and seasonings together. Shape into 6 patties. Beat egg and dip patties into egg then into Parmesan cheese.
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Brown patties over medium heat, turning once to brown on other side. Drain fat. Combine tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Pour over patties. Cover skillet and simmer on low heat 15 minutes, until meat is cooked through.
3. Top each patty with a Mozzarella slice and heat till cheese is melted.
4. Combined with low carb mac and cheese makes a yummy lunch!
