Crock-Pot Spaghetti Squash

If you don't know how to cook a spaghetti squash, this is the way to cook it...in a crock-pot! It's so simple to do and it cooks perfectly every time.

Ingredients

• 1 spaghetti squash

Preparation

Step 1

Line crockpot with foil. Place spaghetti squash into crockpot whole and cover.

Cook 2 hours, turn half way to promote even cooking and cover for another 1-2 hours or until tender.

Slice in half, scoop out seeds, separate spaghetti squash pieces using a fork and use as desired.

Yield 4 servings
