Crab Dip

this is an awesome recipe from my college friend Joanne S. - everyone loves it! I will post a pick once crabmeat comes into season again!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cayenne,
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard,
- 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese,
- 1/4 cup dry white wine,
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat,
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions.

Step 1
Combine everything but crabmeat in a saucepan, simmer on low until heated and blended, stir in crabmeat - serve hot or cold - keeps up to 2-3 days in fridge too!
