Ingredients
- 3/4 lb asparagus, stalks trimmed and peeled if necessary
- 3 oz swiss or fontina cheese
- 1 T butter
- salt and pepper
- 5 T tomato sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Butter a med baking dish.
Cook asparagus until tender, using whatever method.
Cover with cheese, salt and pepper, top with tomato sauce.
Bake until cheese is melted, about 6 min.
