Ingredients
- 2 lb 93% Ground Beef
- 2 tsp Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 Cup EVOO
- 1 10 oz Can Tomato and Green Chilis
- 1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 15 oz Can Light Red Kidney Beans
- 1 14.5 oz Can SODIUM FREE Stewed Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Pablano Pepper medium diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper medium diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper medium diced
- 1 Medium Sweet Onion medium diced
- 3/4 Cup Chili-O Spice
Preparation
Step 1
1- Brown Beef and add bouillon. set aside
2- Heat Olive Oil over medium heat and add all diced veggies, saute' until tender
3- Add Beef to veggies
4- Add all canned goods
5- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 45 minutes stirring often
