Ingredients

  • 2 lb 93% Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Beef Bouillon
  • 1/2 Cup EVOO
  • 1 10 oz Can Tomato and Green Chilis
  • 1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz Can Light Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 14.5 oz Can SODIUM FREE Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Pablano Pepper medium diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper medium diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper medium diced
  • 1 Medium Sweet Onion medium diced
  • 3/4 Cup Chili-O Spice

Preparation

Step 1

1- Brown Beef and add bouillon. set aside
2- Heat Olive Oil over medium heat and add all diced veggies, saute' until tender
3- Add Beef to veggies
4- Add all canned goods
5- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 45 minutes stirring often
