Ingredients
- 6 oz. egg noodles
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 3/4 lb. small shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Meanwhile in a skillet over low heat, melt better. Stir in the garlic and basil. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley. Toss the noodles with the shrimp mixture.
