Ingredients
- 1 cup Orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Onion
- Mushrooms or sundried tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Saute Orzo, onion, mushrooms or sundried tomatoes in margarine until Orzo is golden brown. Add broth, cover and cook 30 min. on med-low or until all liquid is absorbed.
