Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 6 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. ancho chile powder
- 1 tea. cumin
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor puree all ingredients.
Brush onto the chicken or turkey every 10 minutes during the last 25 minutes of grilling.
