Ingredients
- Recipe single or doubled:
- 1 cup/2 cup flour
- 1 T or 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp. or 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. or 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup or 2 cups buttermilk
- little less than a 1/4 cup or 1/4 cup milk
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 or 3 T. butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine folur, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs and melted butter. Keep the two separate until you are ready to cook.
2. Hear a lightly oiled griddle over med. high heat.
3. Mix the two bowls of ingredients together with a wooden spoon or fork to blend. Stir until its' just blended together. Do not over stir!
