Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • Add to custard when thick:
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (evaporated)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook until thick – stir constantly. Bake 325 degree to 350 degree.

Double recipe makes 3 pies.
